Bought this wine at the local store...I cant say that it a wonderful sparkling wine but it is average.

The winemaker is Jeff Grier and the Villiera vineyards are in the Stellenbosch Region in Capetown.

This wine has undergone a second fermentation and yeast maturation in the bottle. By a process of remuage and degorgement , the sediment has been removed without filtration. The traditional method results in rich yeastiness along with fine mousse introducing the clean, flavourful palate and lingering finish of a top quality sparkling wine.

Joyful, rich pink colour, cascading bubbles and the full rich flavour of Pinot Noir combined with the elegance of Chardonnay and the uniqueness of Pinotage providing the colour.
